After a series of workshops, intense discussions, desktop research and a pan-European survey, our analysis shows 👉 nine recommendations for the implementation of #AdvancedPackaging capabilities in #Europe. 🔎 We assessed the status of packaging, assembly, and test facilities in Europe. We analysed the evolving needs of the #semiconductor industry regarding advanced packaging, assembly, and test developments. We mapped existing facilities, evaluated technological capabilities, and identified areas for improvement.
