This diagram and requirements, especially the setting of indicator lights seem not to be logical and not to be reasonable! It's not feasible if only depends on wiring contacts to realize lights‘ action as description on the file.,general component, such as circuit breaker, relay, contactors are not so much smart. BUT,anyway I have to make solution that fully meet customer‘s requirements out.

Pull Cord: - A pull cord is a mechanical switch that is activated by pulling a cord or rope. The cord is attached to a spring-loaded contact, which opens or closes an electrical circuit when pulled. When the cord is pulled, the contact opens, disconnecting power to the connected device. When the cord is released, the contact closes, restoring power. Clog Switch: A clog switch is a level-sensing device that uses a float or paddle to detect material levels. The float rises or falls with the material level, triggering a switch when a set point is reached. The switch opens or closes an electrical circuit, controlling the connected device (e.g., pump, conveyor motor). The switch can be normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC), depending on the application. #IndustrialAutomation #ControlSystems #PullCord #ClogSwitch #LevelSwitch #FloatSwitch #EmergencyStop #SafetySystems

The unsung hero of your electrical system: Your circuit breaker. But choosing the right one can be overwhelming. After decades in the industry, here's my quick guide: 1. Standard distribution → Curve C breakers 2. Low short-circuit currents → Curve B 3. High inrush currents → Curve D 4. Electronic equipment → Curve Z Pro tip: For motor circuits or transformers, consider MA (magnetic only) breakers. Remember, the right breaker doesn't just protect. It optimizes your entire system. What factors do you consider when selecting circuit breakers? #ElectricalSafety #PowerManagement
