FULLY PROCEDURAL CAR ANIMATION | UNREAL ENGINE Hello LinkedIn! I want to share with you my latest development in Unreal Engine: a car that can drift, procedurally turn its wheels along a spline, and procedurally spin its wheels with a realistic rotation speed depending on the car's speed! But the best part is the procedural body animation! Pay attention to the end of the video when the car stops—the body sways from the inertia of the stop. And all this works procedurally! Nothing is animated here except the car's position on the spline! If this post gets 50 likes, I'll make a video explaining my system :) P.S. You can also replace the car mesh with any other, and everything will work just as well!

Recently, I have been developing a personal project in Unity. This project is an action/top-down view game. To develop this, I started learning about Blend Trees for animation. This feature in Unity is incredibly useful for keeping animation clips organized. I highly recommend using it instead of placing animation clips on the same layer with numerous unordered transitions. Made this using Unreal Engine. Thanks to Bad Decisions Studio for their tutorials. Have used most non fitting poses for the static stormtroopers in the background and a jack sparrow walk(?) just for fun sake. Still trying to figure out best export and render settings. Modelling and Animation on UE5 and Sound Design and Editing on After Effects.
