Interesting. India on top. Given the huge development and training costs, probably the best course of action is to focus on applications. #GenAI 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 (through its young workforce, vibrant startups, and rapid adoption of transformative technologies.)
Really tells how much we don't want to engage in original and critical thinking, and by extension, writing. Aa a faculty, it's really depressing to see how students keep using LLMs when they are not expected to. Really same story everywhere, US/China come up with various varieties of social media, and Indians provide a ready market for indefinite amount of content consumption.
India’s population of over 1.4 billion, coupled with the world's largest youth demographic, creates a unique environment that can accelerate innovation across various sectors. In other words, innovations emerging from India will have a vast user base within the country itself, regardless of their adoption internationally. This underscores why India should focus on developing its own innovations.
Nice one Prof. V Ramgopal Rao ji. Possibly, Indian's in America enbling Innovation! One of the greatest challenges for many Indians has never been the lack of ideas—but rather the ability to articulate them with clarity and inspire action. While not everyone may write like Shakespeare or create with Picasso's artistry, Generative AI empowers each individual to harness their unique creative spark. In this transformative age, the opportunity to democratize innovation can unlock untapped potential and drive India's future forward. Thought-provoking should we take it positively Sir. Many school children are also becoming dependent on it now. Maybe I sound negative
It is all about us using Transformative Technologies for the betterment of the Youth/ Nation or us getting played in the hands of these technologies.

Isn't really surprising, though it is more a reflection of poor availability of technical information in Indian language than Indians leading the AI wave.
Great information Professor , ChatGPT speeds up the operations in saving lots of time for other important work. Same time our thinking skill also reduces as we depend on this tools

2w93% awareness and 45% usage of ChatGPT in India seem highly inflated. With a global user base of 300M weekly active users on ChatGPT, claiming 45% usage (~630M people in India) is mathematically impossible. This likely reflects a narrow, urban-tech-savvy demographic from the survey. Insightful data, but the context needs clarification!
