🌟This right here! ⬇️ “Confidence can be thought of as a person’s mental and emotional scaffolding, as it plays a role in virtually every aspect of their life. For kids, confidence is a particularly important strength to hone since they’re still growing and figuring out their place in the world. In other words: It’s easier — and more beneficial — to work on this skill early on.” And, if you’re an adult still struggling with confidence, find help! I’d love to support you on your journey as a coach who specializes in self-esteem and recovery. You don’t have to do it alone. #confidence #selfesteem #personaldevelopment https://lnkd.in/e7pSjnnj

🌟 Why It's Important Not to Be an Overly Strict Parent 🌟 Excessive strictness can negatively impact a child's emotional and social development. Here’s why a balanced approach is better: 💬 Hinders Open Communication: Children may fear judgment or punishment, creating a gap in the parent-child bond. 💪 Reduces Self-Confidence: They might struggle with decision-making and feel less capable. 🧠 Limits Problem-Solving Skills: Strict rules can prevent kids from learning resilience. 🚨 Encourages Rebellion or Deceit: Overly rigid rules can push them to rebel or hide things. 😔 Affects Mental Health: High expectations can lead to stress or anxiety. 🎨 Restricts Creativity and Independence: Over-control limits their ability to think freely. 💖 Less Joyful Relationships: Prioritizing discipline over connection may strain the bond. ✅ Instead, adopt a firm yet empathetic approach: Set boundaries with room for dialogue. Encourage independence through choices. Guide with understanding, not just rules. Let’s raise confident, resilient, and happy children! 🌱💛 #ParentingTips #PositiveParenting #EmpathyInParenting #ChildDevelopment #UptusAcademy

Can academic achievement ever truly outweigh emotional scars? When Parents Sacrifice Their Child's Mental Health for Grades.... Sooner or Later will they realize what their neglect had done to their child in the form of : Low Self Esteem, Anxiety - Dépression, Decreased Academic Performances, Strained Relationships, and what nots. Prioritizing a child's mental health is paramount. As parents, it is our moral duty to provide a nurturing environment where our children feel valued, heard, and supported. This entails creating a safe space for them to share their fears and concerns without fear of judgment. Parents must shower them with unconditional love, care, and confidence, lifting them up rather than belittling them. Because.. chaotic schools, Bully Peer groups- (some) Teachers and Social Pressures are quite enough to shatter a child's self confidence. CALL TO ACTION Good Parenting is a noble virtue. It fosters compassion, confidence and resilience. Let our children feel loved and Believed. Let them be guided with empathy, rights and wrongs. Practice what you preach. Let us push them through constant progress rather than perfection to get the help that will work for your children. Help them identify strengths and weaknesses. As Parents we need to give them constant quality time. There shouldn't be any communication barrier - rather they must have an open channel to connect with you. #GPA #Child #children #power #care #wellbeing #teachers #teacherstraining #bully #socialmedia #peergroups #socialintelligence #students #learners #coaching #academic #progress #perfection #virtue #noble #emotionalintelligence #parents #selfawareness #SilentStrength #IntrovertPower #LoudestMinds #Innovation #Creativity #Mindset #mindfulness #silence #motivation #branding #technology #timemanagement #digitalmarketing #Ai #inspiration #management #leadership #skills #respect #like # #METAskills #news #jobs #Hiring #opentowork #connect #connections #personalitydevelopment #connection #followers #Workfromhome

Failure presents valuable learning opportunities for children, and parents play a crucial role in guiding them through setbacks. But why is it essential? Because harboring feelings of failure or carrying failure with you can have a lot of repercussions like: 🖋️ Stress, anxiety, emotional fatigue. 🖋️ It leads to low self-confidence and sometimes to identity crisis as well. 🖋️ Fear of failure may cause individuals to limit their potential. 🖋️ Fear of rejection often creates a sense of social isolation where it is difficult to navigate reality from perception. To avoid such scenarios in the future parents must build and teach resilience to children so that they overcome challenges with a bang. #certifiedpsychologist #overcomingfailure #challenges #childgrowth #parentingtips #Parentingtips
