Good things are allowed to happen to you. Some people won't be happy for your wins. Don't let that stop you from celebrating yourself. You're meant to make the best of your life. You're meant to follow your own path. You're meant to live your purpose. Small steps in the right direction are still steps. Be happy and proud of yourself. You’re doing great, keep going! Focus on that, instead of people who try to rub off their insecurity on you. #celebrateyourself #liveyourpurpose #keepgoing

Anyone else struggle to celebrate the wins?? Deeply entrenched stories can make it hard to celebrate and acknowledge when things are going well, when you have achieved success, or when you have hit big goals. ✅worry that others might dim their light ✅worry that you might no longer fit ✅worry that others may call you down ✅worry that celebration equates “bragging” ✅the “ick” factor of self-promotion Allll of these are limiting beliefs that keep you from stepping into your true self. 👆🏼So, the first step is to do the opposite of what you’ve always done. Even if it feels icky. 👆🏼Surround yourself with those who want to see you win! 👆🏼Curate your inner circle so that you sit with the winners. 👆🏼Offer a healthy space for sharing and celebrating. @marieforleo does “braggy dinners” with her girlfriends. 1. Plan the dinner. 2. Invite 2-6 friends. 3. Take 5 mins to hear about everyone’s wins. 4. Each person at the table contributes to bragging about that person, after they’ve shared their win. 5. Everyone leaves feeling filled up, supported, and knowing that they are in good company! For more tips and micro edits… follow me and join my email list. I’ll give you a free goal setting framework to get you started on this goal. 02.27.2024: USSuccessCenter's daily column, 'Forrest Allen Ward's Words,' ... intended to encourage and support. "We can all make a positive difference! It is a matter of standing up, stepping out, and being responsible for that positive difference. Life is not meant for timid souls being crouched on the sidelines. Each of us is the drum major leading our astounding parade. The drum major does not experience the same parade as those sitting on the sidelines. Living life to the fullest is what we bring each day." --- Helen Keller wrote this: 'Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing.' - from her book, The Open Door (1957) --- "No one else can do what you do when you do what you do. You are unique, valuable, and worthy. Enjoy the joy of being yourself and contributing to the world in every way possible to make it a better place. 'Knock 'em alive, & give 'em heaven!' Yep, you can .. even when no one else will!" - Forrest Allen Ward #ussuccesscenter #newpossibilities #leadership #significance #success
