Listing out all your thoughts can help you see through the brain fog. 2 - Create a game-changing list of SOS self-care practices for those trickier days, the ones that really test your mental wellbeing. Having the list prepared means you don't have to think about it, but what you choose will help you. 3 - Schedule 'ME-TIME' - especially when your calendar is full. Set aside timeslots (can be short or as long as you want), but make sure it is to do something that will replenish you. When we fall short of our goals, we are forced to examine every decision, every action, and every misstep that leads us to that point. It’s true that failure often teaches lessons success cannot, helping us identify our mistakes and encouraging personal growth. It reveals who genuinely supports us and forces us to confront our emotions and face challenges head-on. Embracing failure as a teacher rather than seeing it as an enemy can prevent us from repeating the same mistakes in the future. So with the help of Simran Gangwani and her illustrious experience as a #HappinessCoach and the founder of #TheHappiinessSchool we organized this session for our Learn2Read teachers around- ☑️ Importance of gratitude, positivity and forgiveness ☑️ Time Management ☑️ The importance of self-love And of course, a little bit of #OmShantiOm because who said sessions have to be boring! Simran led the session with her personal experiences, thus creating a #safespace which worked wonders. And this was so evident with every teacher of ours, smiling and so very open to this conversation. Want to know their feedback?
