"Human rights" may have a global definition, but its practice is anything but universal. In India, these rights are often overshadowed by harsh realities: extrajudicial killings, arbitrary arrests, Internet shutdowns, and violence against ethnic and caste minorities. These aren’t just headlines—they’re lived experiences. From marginalised communities facing daily discrimination to activists silenced for seeking justice, the challenges are clear. These challenges highlight one truth: protecting #HumanRights doesn’t require grand gestures—it demands collective responsibility from each one of us! Change begins with us: > Standing up for someone treated unfairly. > Challenging biases, no matter how ingrained or insignificant they seem. Human rights are not lofty ideals; they are acts of courage in the ordinary moments of life. Let’s champion fairness, equality, and dignity—not through rhetoric, but through action! #HumanRights #SocialJustice #EqualityforAll

The change in Lady Justice’s depiction in India, from being blindfolded and holding a sword to now having open eyes and holding the Constitution, feels like a big shift in how we view justice. Earlier, justice was based purely on evidence and proof, with the sword symbolizing strict punishment. Now, the focus is shifting towards a more aware and balanced system, one that not only looks at the evidence but also considers the values in the Constitution, like equality and fairness for all. This change shows that justice isn’t just about punishing, but also about protecting rights and being inclusive, making sure everyone is heard. A small but meaningful step toward a more thoughtful and fair justice system. #JusticeForAll #Progress #Constitution #Equality
