So I have generally observed that people tend to eliminate distractions. For example, if a student decides to prepare for competitive exam, then he’ll cut himself off from social media. I personally feel that elimination is not the solution instead not getting distracted from the distractions is the solution because at the end, the world is full of them. What we need to work upon is our focus. Your views are welcomed! #views #focus #distractions #eliminatingdistractions #thoughts #inspire
Very true. I once deactivated my social media accounts, thinking it would help me focus on my studies. However, it had the opposite effect. The urge to check for updates and the fear of missing out made things worse. I eventually realized that improving my concentration and focus was more beneficial since there are countless distractions, and eliminating each one is impossible.

6moAgreed. But I keep "social media" in a separate category than distraction. They are designed to make u an addict and decrease your attention span. Nowadays some people can't even watch a movie (forget series) because of reel addiction. I have seen people watching reel inside movie theatre. It has been 6 years since I quit fb, and open Instagram sometimes only through the browser's incognito window (never the app)
