Was 21 year old and the the president of this organization told us like. Resilience is the most important skill you need to have because things will change and you need to be able to adapt. And I remember that at first I was like, I was shocked, like such a negative messaging and it was like it was not. It's true. I and still today, we need to be resilient. We things change, we cannot control, right. So maybe in a larger organization, maybe is, is the less impact on external factors, but if you work, but it still happened. And if you work in a small organization, that happens and much more, right? Like everything that your competitors change, economic factors like you need to be able to change the course of things and don't, don't get frustrated.
