If your workplace team is struggling through the divisiveness of our current campaign season, the Majority in the Middle "Why We're Divided and What You Can Do About It" presentation makes for a great lunch-and-learn! We take a low-pressure approach to identifying the (surprising) sources of conflict -- sometimes knowing the secret origins of conflict is half the battle -- and don't actually spend too much time on politics. (This is not a hands-on "how to talk about politics with people you disagree with" workshop kind of thing. Our format is more presentation with Q&A/discussion at the end. If you're interested in training, I highly suggest you connect with our friends at Braver Angels -- they do that well!) https://lnkd.in/gijb2Hmh

Future proofing organisations and attracting Gen Z / Gen Alpha is something everyone talks about - creating strategies that both retain existing supporters and magnetise your organisation to a younger audience is crucial to maintaining income and establishing new activists. But I tell you something which no one thinks would work for attracting new audiences - national service. Seriously. Who is advising these people? It’s beyond parody at this point.

Do you know the meaning behind our business name? We are all about supporting Indigenous perspectives in the classroom for our children and youth, so it is fitting that our name reflects our purpose. Riley is our sons middle name, and Callie is our daughters middle name. Callie is also the name that my great nan used to call my mum, so in essence it is all about family. As an Indigenous business, we are in it for our kids, to make a difference in their world and for future generations. Learn more about our why here: https://lnkd.in/gGPp_wb5
