🧐 Check out this neat trick by Jamie Grocock (SMSTS) and Craig Lewis on how to easily dress a fiber strand through splice trays 💡 Fiber is tiny and so are the tabs that hold it in place. Fingers are large, some more than others 🙋♂️. By hollowing out a BIC pen and using it as a guide through the trays, it makes the process much faster, especially on cold days. Pretty neat trick! Learn something new everyday. Feel free to like and share so other techs can see. If you have any interesting tips and tricks, please send them my way - I’d love to write about them. #fiber #splicetray #cablemanagement #worksmart #fibertech #internet

Real world is about gettting the results efficiently and at the fastest time. Its about #streetsmart ness and #jugaard ness Can’t learn all these from schools and colleges. Can be more streetsmart after working on past year exam papers 3 times! Wish our educational system can adapt more to the real world especially when AI is going to take the center stage soon. Education needs to change to help find the best potential in everyone, not just kids. And #AI is suppose to do the heavy lifting in the future while the people of the future are suppose to direct the #AIagent on the what’s and whens and hows it required.
