That's a (gift wrap) for 2025! Yesterday, Natalie and Faye recorded the final episode of HR Unboxed for 2024. If you're looking for a podcast recommendation, this was my face after tuning into Neil Morrison FCIPD chat with Cecilia Crossley on 'How HR Leaders change the world' From Babies with Love. The topic for the episode was one close to my heart 'How Strategic Narrative helps you achieve HR goals' and Neil takes us through the intricacies of: - the importance of narrative alongside storytelling - the glue of comms - the power of sentiment tracking - remembering that while reach is important, causing people to act is the final step...and loads more that I won't provide spoilers for! You'll find me quoting Neil's line 'do you want engaged passengers or active agents for change' on the regular going forward. I had the pleasure of interviewing Neil a few years ago in his KFC days when they were a client, so I knew it was going to be good before I pressed play.
