Reconciliation WA’s Post

🌟 BIGGEST ever State Government RAP RING 🌟 Since kicking off in December 2022, the State Government RAP RING has been a powerful partnership between Reconciliation WA and key central government agencies, including the Department of Premier & Cabinet, Department of Treasury, and the Public Sector Commission. And now, for the first time, we’re opening the doors to even more! We’re excited to welcome 18 new State Government agencies and Government Trading Enterprises to the RAP RING. This means more voices, ideas, and stronger collaboration as we all work together on our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) journeys. 💬 What is the RAP RING? A space for connection, learning, and meaningful action, the RAP RING (Reconciliation Industry Network Group) builds a united community of reconciliation peers passionate about driving progress. Together, we’re enabling outcomes that matter and building strong alliances for the future. We especially want to thank our Aboriginal colleagues and participants who continue to walk alongside us on this journey, sharing their wisdom and strength. Welcoming: Department of Finance Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation & Safety Department of Job, Tourism, Science, and Innovation Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development Department of Transport GESB Horizon Power Legal Aid WA Main Roads Western Australia Mental Health Commission Mid West Ports Public Transport Authority Synergy The Perth Mint VenuesWest Water Corporation Western Australian Museum Boola Bardip #Reconciliation #networking #Collaboration #Partnerships #ProgressiveChange #InclusiveLeadership #GovernmentInnovation #SocialImpact #EmpowermentThroughAction

Great to hear that this exists. Truth telling and as one of the Elders said at Wadjemup on Saturday “ truth listening “ is vital for positive change and outcomes
