Is AI the Future of Recruitment? Our Latest GRID Report Says Yes! A common concern among recruitment agencies when considering AI and Automation is whether these technologies might negatively impact the experiences of candidates and clients. Fortunately, our latest #GRID2024 Talent Trends Report shows that's not the case (https://bit.ly/3zC0vLq). In fact, 81% of candidates are happy to interact with an AI agent if it speeds up hiring. And 79% are comfortable with it if it doesn't sacrifice personalized experience. That makes a lot of sense. Many interactions with clients and candidates are administrative and don't require human intervention. But if your AI or automated experience feels scripted, tedious, or more work than talking to a human, it's going to be off-putting. As you're defining your AI strategy, here are a few things to consider: 1. Identify tasks that consume time but don't generate revenue. 2. Assess whether you can replace those processes with Automation (linear flows) or AI (complex, non-linear flows). 3. Ensure an acceptable level of accuracy with your Automation or AI approach. 4. Maintain a personalized experience with AI interactions. 5. Start small and scale up gradually. 6. And most importantly, don't let an AI agent sell for you. The recruiter's job is to bring clients and candidates together through meaningful relationships. The AI's job is to free up time by removing tedious and unnecessary admin tasks, so your recruiters can focus on relationship building. #AI #GRID2024 #
