To tackle this head on, last night we teamed up with industry leader in wellness technology Therabody to host Rest to Restore – an overnight experience designed to help achieve the best night’s sleep at the five-star Hotel Café Royal. Led by guided-meditation expert Tom Wilson-Leonard, x20 press and influencers were treated to a tranquil massage and meditation session before winding down for a restorative night's sleep with Therabody's brand new SleepMask.
