🚀 The first months of 2024 are in full swing and exporto is already breaking new records again 🚀 Despite the difficult economic situation, exporto is growing and improving its processes and quality day by day. We therefore would like to give you an insight into some of our key figures of the first month of 2024: ✅ Growth in our parcel volumes: In January this year we physically handled over 48 % more shipments to Switzerland and 311 % more shipments to the UK than in January last year - an impressive performance that reflects the growth potential in the markets, the trust of our customers and the outstanding work of our team. ✅ Excellent customer satisfaction: Our CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) has reached the 100 % mark - it has already remained at this level for 6 months now. ✅ Increased efficiency: Despite the growth, we reduced our ticket quote for Switzerland from 0.72 % to 0.27 % and for the UK from 7.35 % to 1.83 %. Around 40 % of the incoming tickets is carrier management information that we process for our customers. Nevertheless, this development shows that despite our already very good results we never stop seeking to optimize our processes as well as our customer service. ✅ Fast responses: Our average first response time, i.e. the time it takes for our customers to receive a response from our Customer Care team, has been reduced to just 14 minutes. We know that time is precious - especially when it comes to ensuring smooth processes. We are proud of our continuous improvement and the many successes we’ve been able to celebrate this year already.
