Sustainable practices Continuing our commitment to sustainability, we recognize the long-term benefits and evolving market dynamics in real estate. A McKinsey & Company report indicates that sustainable real estate can reduce lifecycle costs by up to 20% through improved efficiency and reduced waste. Furthermore, properties with sustainable certifications like BREEAM and LEED attract more tenants and buyers, with occupancy rates increasing by 6-10% compared to non-certified buildings. Aligning with the UK government’s goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050, we are dedicated to adopting greener practices. By incorporating smart building systems and green roofs, we enhance the value and performance of our properties while contributing to the broader goal of a resilient and sustainable built environment. Let’s continue to push the boundaries of innovation, setting new standards in sustainable real estate, and paving the way for a greener, healthier future for all.
