Who will be first in the geopolitical race; the United States, China and/or India? - The United States? If Bangladesh is geopolitically SO most Important for the United States , then, why don't we invite the United States in the first place TO ISSUE free of charge multipurpose/MULTIPLE and lifetime VISA with the right to work LIFELONG for all Bangladeshi citizens regardless of education, skills, political party, and/or communal belief! -China and/or India? If Bangladesh is geopolitically so most important to China and/or India then for the sake and interest of ever-lasting relations with Bangladesh and all Bangladeshi citizens; regardless of political party in power but subject to the immediate establishment and declaration of a free Geo-economic zone (free-visa, no tariff and/or transit barriers); why China and India should not also be invited to ISSUE free of charge multipurpose/MULTIPLE and lifetime VISA with the right to work LIFELONG for all Bangladeshi citizens regardless of education, skills, political party and/or communal belief, etc.)!! If I were The Chief of the Government of my Country Bangladesh: I COULD secure Food, Medicare, and Employment for all by eradicating the root cause of poverty and unemployment forever by 3 to 5 years to complete the incomplete works of শহীদ রাষ্ট্রপতি জিয়াউর রহমান! Very Simple!!! *Step One: In HONOR to the martyrs(শহীদ) and all other VICTIMS OF THE BLOODSHED, I did pass an Executive Order to effect instant release of at least one thousand TOP Three/Four Layers of most Privileged Public Servants of Civil, Defense, and other Authorities, Commissions, Boards, Body, Institutions of full, semi, Autonomous, Corporations, Banking, Non-Banking Financials, Insurance, etc. and with the salary of those released one thousand I did urgently recruit minimum 10(ten) thousand 'JOB LESS Freshers' of aged in between 30 to 35 by short course Special Civil and/or Defense Officers by "Open Book competitive written exam only! **Step-Two: I did engage all the paid Armed Forces Personnel including BGB, Police, Ansar and the civil government employees deployed/posted as at where is basis of the respective areas and invite the willing youths(under food & job for work) to rapidly and immediately dig a large and deep canal which must be so long and large TO BE extended from THE East BORDER to THE WEST border and from THE North BORDER to THE South BORDER and also be circular covering and surrounding the whole sovereign territorial border of Bangladesh having several openings and connected with all the existing rivers and canal being the only preventive, curative and sustainable solution not only of water management, drought & flood control but also ensure best utilization of land and water for agriculture, fishery , plantation to grow ten times and establish the easiest and ever lowest / less costly and most effective transportation channel for trade and industries of raw and processed agricultural commodities to and from to mitigate the demand of the country sufficiently as well as earn huge foreign currency from export. + With these initiatives, I judged the integrity and strength of the loyal and responsible public servants and scrutinized the hardworking unemployed/jobless 'youths-volunteers' for immediate recruitments in Civil, Military, Para Military, Police, Ansar, etc. commensurate to their level of education! ***Step-Three: To dramatically increase the diversified crops and export-oriented agricultural commodities; I commercialize Agriculture by introducing 4 shares basis partnership/participatory cultivation of lands among the peasants/laborers, the landowners, and Investors to the effect that the peasants/agri-laborers will get a 25% share for their labor; land owners will get a 25% share for their land; Investors to get 25% share for their capital(Money and Technology) and the remaining 25% share of the total yield-value for Crop Insurance and Group Health Insurance of all the family members of peasants and landowners' community concerned.
