In reality, I wasn’t helping Wistia grow. I was running myself into the ground. Once I learned how to truly delegate I was able to: 1. Let other people bring their unique skills to solving hard problems. 2. Focus on more of what I could uniquely do. When I was 20 years old in my first business the goal was to make as much money as possible, in any way possible. When I was 23 in my second business the goal was to make as much profit as possible, working smarter not harder. Now that I’ve started Convi, lucky number 3 🍀, my goal is to provide as much value as possible and work with great people.
