This is what a circular leaflet looks like ♻️ When Uitgeverij Lannoo asked us to create a wholesale catalogue for our mutual clients, we knew we had to stick to our core principle: creating from waste. We sourced some beautiful leftover posters from Antwerp Art Weekend, and Linde crafted a design that perfectly fit the materials. The result? A stunning leaflet, printed and folded from what would have been discarded. ✅ Rethink ✅ Reduce ✅ Repurpose 💚 REDO #circulardesign

Do you know the Triman? The mandatory Triman logo indicates that the packaging follows specific sorting instructions. It serves two main purposes: ➖ Encouraging proper sorting through its visual design. ➖ Complementing the info-sorting logo, which provides guidance on how to dispose of the packaging. ❗ Important: The Triman logo does not necessarily mean that the packaging is recyclable. This information is specified by the info-sorting logo displayed next to it. #recycling #labelprinting #labels

My objective with this design was precisely to infuse the packaging with that unique energy and character that define Marshee.

Color Me Surprised: Tough Love for Design Purity in Packaging Sometimes, the design world feels like it's spinning faster than a color wheel at an art fair. I just read about PantoneLIVE Design, and let me tell you, it's a game changer for designers and the packaging supply chain. But here's my hot take: not everything that glitters is gold, especially when it tries to streamline creativity. Sure, PantoneLIVE offers consistency across the board, much like pizza toppings should be spread evenly (a belief I hold dear). Yet, there's a quirky charm in slight imperfections, the human touch that says, "Yep, a real person made this." Does standardizing everything take away our uniqueness? At Supergay Spirits, we cherish those little things that make us stand out - like our fabulous flavor notes. We pour our heart, soul, and a dash of rebellion into every bottle. So while PantoneLIVE makes a splash in the packaging pond, remember, it's our quirks that make the branding world swirl. Who's ready to color outside the lines with us? Pressing Matters Blanc de Noirs The Pressing Matters label range usually displays the brand name in gold foil against a background of limestone crumbling into dark rich soil, with the logo consisting of fine and bold circles. These circles form the letters P and M which are a distinctive symbol of the Pressing Matters brand. The intention was to take the hollow circle graphic from the logo a step further for the sparkling labels, as it represents a single bubble. This was achieved by cutting the circle out of the label. The overall design approach is minimal and sophisticated, so to emphasise the celebratory nature of this wine, three different but complementary shades of gold were used to add richness to the label. Label details: Producer – Pressing Matters Varietal – Blanc de Noirs Region – Coal River Valley, Tasmania Designer – Design Is Printing – Offset Substrate – Silvervac PET Embellishments – Gold Foil, High Build Screen, Cut Out https://lnkd.in/gGNQ9APR

This is more than meets the eye 👁 This is a branded bag of bottles… - made from rPET, recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic that significantly reduces the impact on the environment by repurposing and recycling PET waste. In other words, this bag is made from plastic bottles that are recycled to make sheets of fabric. The rPET bag is fun, exciting and designable! With a mesh structure in the fabric, this bag radiates industrial elegance and clever playfulness. It can be reused multiple times and is lightweight. Design it in any colour and size, keep it simple and mono-coloured, or use the space for an elaborate graphic design. Use the handles as an eye-catching design feature. Perhaps give the handles a contrasting colour or print your logo, statements or campaign pay-offs to clarify your values or intentions. rPET can be recycled at the end of its life and melted to be repurposed. When you love to play with design and appraise circular solutions for your packaging, rPET could be the choice. May we help you bring your vision to life? Contact our experienced team. We're here to help you create the perfect rPET bag for your brand. 👉 https://lnkd.in/ebei3xiS

Throw back to when I designed the new baselayer collection packaging and display unit for Musto Clothing. The incentive was to produce the packaging so that it can be displayed freestanding in a unit or shelf and also hung from the peg in store. The packaging was all designed using card with a draw function that slid from the base of the unit and also environmentally friendly and the unit was also recyclable. The unit was part of a buy in package so that when you bought a certain amount of base layers, you got the unit free as part of your order. If you need any packaging or display units visualised or produced for you. I would love to help you with your vision. #graphicdesign #retail #design #print #displayunits #packaging #environment #friendly #design #concepts #visuals
