Inspired by a recent blog published by MIT, but is ADHD a response to trauma? I sure can’t identify that link understanding the historical fact of ADHD being a disorder in it’s own context, but these blog from MIT review is more about AI, it’s limits and how humans creative thoughts still supersedes that of AI’s cognitive mechanism. Placing regulations and limits on the exploration of AI is required. Making the planet a smarter place has been 👁🐝M’s and Major Tech company MOTO for decades to bridge gaps between humans and technology, but replacing humans with technology isn't one of them. How will humans stay active and to whom will AI benefits? I understand the concern, and I’ve experienced such scenario where one’s work can be mimicked without authors/owners/creators consent, or is any form of annuity discussed; however, let’s not ignore the fact that AI vendor’s can not escape the idea💡of creating their own unique characters or characteristics, and this 💡does open doors for more employment opportunities. Yes there will be common terms and articles depending on professional practices, but an authentic creativity can never be mimicked as it’s patterns will always be noticed. Is the justice system willing to issue an umbrella protection to support these regulations. A good example of where AI can have huge trend of risky flaws if proper regulation is not in place is in Technology, Art and Entertainment industries. Lots of lawsuits will be flying around and most likely can ruin relationships and compromise the way businesses are being carried out. Make AI databank unique to your needs. AI - the neurodivergent brain’s friend! In the last week Claude - my new AI buddy introduced to me by the amazing Sascha Evans - has helped me: 1. Create a content plan for LinkedIn 2. Provide ideas for posts 3. Taken a set of actions I need to deliver and defined timelines and outlined a project plan 4. Written the outline of an email I can use for the project 5. Helped me structure a foreword I’m writing 6. Researched a topic I am presenting on The biggest challenge with my ADHD brain sometimes is without the a structure it can procrastinate for what feels like years! Often tasks that may be perceived as simple can take me ages to start - not knowing which bit to do first or struggling to know how to chunk up each task. AI is life-changing for me from a work perspective - it’s saving me time and more importantly stress! It takes the activities I find hard and helps and lets me focus on the tasks I shine at. I also think I’m only scratching the surface in terms of how it can help me, Are you using AI yet? How is it helping you day to day? And any tips you’d like to share on what you are using it for - and how it’s making a difference? #AI #ADHD #NeurodiversityAtWork #NeuroInclusion

Recent research suggests that neurodivergent individuals might bring unique strengths to working with AI and language models. Traits like strong pattern recognition, often associated with autism (Mottron et al., 2006), and hyper-focus, seen in ADHD (Ashinoff & Abu-Akel, 2019), could be especially helpful for tasks like troubleshooting or diving into complex model details. Creative problem-solving and systematic thinking—other common strengths in neurodivergence—may also align well with the needs of AI work (White & Shah, 2011; Baron-Cohen et al., 2009). It’s exciting to see how diverse cognitive approaches could add value to advancing tech and AI. #Neurodiversity #AI #Innovation Just saying folks... did I mention that I have a hearty serving of ADHD?
