One thing our leaders—and we, their electors—seem to have completely forgotten is that durable peace and prosperity come *only* from cooperation and constructive dialogue. Edward de Bono invented the word "Po" to enhance the concept of compromise, aiming to encourage creative problem-solving and collaboration (a word with very negative connotations in France). The idea is to find new and mutually beneficial solutions by integrating elements from all parties' proposals. If France can adopt this approach, it could lead the way for all of us away from the precipice of conflict and exclusion. #problemsolving #po #cooperation #dialogue

This document seeks to facilitate policy research, report on the region’s cultural policies and decision-making processes, conduct studies and analysis on compared politics, and spread good practices. I was part of the 1st Plenary Session on "Leveraging Soft Power for Multilateral Strength: Bolstering compassion, building solidarity, and resisting fragmentation." I spoke on Soft Power, DEI and Intercultural Dialogue: Intersections, Exploration, and Collaboration in 2024. In the convergence of Soft Power, DEI, and Intercultural Dialogue lies the promise of a world where the diversity of humanity is celebrated, equity ensured, and dialogue becomes the currency of connection.
