🎉The month of thanksgiving! What are you most grateful for? I find the month of November very beautiful for some reasons, and I came to a conclusion that it is because it's a month of reflection. Here are some things I'm taking time to reflect on this month; you should too: 💭 The blessing of life: Where there's life, there's hope! 💭 Written plans/structures towards vision 2025: it starts from now! 💭 Checking through my resolution list for the year 💭 Planning towards the Holidays: Detty December as some call it, but clean December as I would love to call it because there's a January ahead 😃 💭Aiming for great financial goals like a high value property before the year runs out💰 Why don't we be accountability partners and return with the impact of these reflections by the end of the month? Game? Game. As to my question at the top, I'm grateful for how much growth I have experienced over the past months in the year. >> With dedication, and passion to making proud land owners this year, I've found it the most fulfilling. Do more this new month! 🥂

I talk about business- but less so my own. In February - Nest DC celebrates 16 years of grit, determination ... good times. Once-in-a-lifetime times. Then hard times. I'm proud of my business, but not too proud to say, we had a lot of work to do when those hard times caught up to us. 2025 comes with uncertainty, but Nest turned the page. Because 2024 was transformational for us. We reorganized every part of our business - so we're more human than ever. Because managing homes with care is a privilege. Follow our journey. It's quite the flight! Welcome to December—The month where the reality of everything we’ve done (or didn’t do) throughout the year hits hard! But here’s a reminder: whichever spot you find yourself in right now isn’t the end of the road. As long as there’s life, there’s hope. You still have 29 days to make progress before the year ends. So, instead of spending December in regret over what could have been, why not: - Reflect on your journey so far. - Restructure your plans for the coming year. - Maximize the remaining 29 days to make them count. Regrets lead to emotional breakdowns—but gratitude brings peace. This December, choose to reflect and restrategize, not regret. And remember: even the goals you haven’t achieved yet are still within reach. Don’t give up on them. Celebrate your small wins, stay grateful, and keep working toward the bigger ones. It’s just a few days to 2025. As usual, we are tempted to jump into the frenzy of setting SMART goals for the new year. We are excited and caught up with the idea of making new year resolutions, as we’ve always done previously. But let’s be honest for a minute, have we really asked ourselves why we do these things all the time, and by the end of January, we already lose interest and begin to give up on our goals? The problem is that we all wait for 2025 to come, before we start to adjust to the new reality. We begin to create systems really late in the new year. January and even February are gone while we’re still trying to find our balance. By then, it feels like we’re already behind, and that’s how many of us end up giving up on our goals. How do you solve this? Begin working on your goals now and start taking those little actions right away. Fail and learn in December so you can easily address it in January. Use this month to make mistakes now and get better by next year. How your December ends is most probably the same way your January will end if nothing changes—just like every other month before it. If you really want to see a difference, don’t wait for January. Start now. Happy New Month Fam! Welcome to December.

Now that December is here, we tend to really feel the pressure, right? We see lots of people celebrating big achievements, how they have done x, y and z and even found time for more! Social media is really good at showing us how everyone else has succeeded. Maybe you have also reached some big goals this year. So it's time to celebrate!! But maybe you haven't. I shall say, maybe WE haven't. Not all years have to be great from start to finish. Not all accomplishment have to be shiny and full of fireworks. When we look back and reflect on 2024, if maybe, like me, you see no huge wins, think again. Take a moment and really think. We are great at seeing the best in others and the worst in ourselves, aren´t we? We, as humans, have a fantastic ability to undermine our own successes and also think the grass is greener on our neighbor's lawn. So, again, today I invite to dig deep and bring back to life all those smaller things you have made possible this year. No matter how small you think it is, it matters. It matters because you did it in spite of any difficulties.  It matters because you made it happen despite the obstacles along the way.  It matters because they are part of your own journey. They are part of you and who you are.  It matters because YOU did them and no one can take that away from you.

This time of year always gets me thinking. Not just about what I’ve accomplished, but about the journey—the wins, the lessons, and even the moments I stumbled. Some of my favorite memories aren’t tied to numbers or deals. They’re tied to people: The client who texted me they could finally afford the family vacation they dreamed of. The investor who said, “I’m not scared of retirement anymore.” My own family, who’ve supported me as I chase audacious goals. The festive season is a time for gratitude. It’s a time to ask not just “What have I done?” but “Who am I becoming?” Here’s what I’ve learned this year: 🙌 Celebrate progress, not perfection. We’re all a work in progress. Every small win matters. 🥰 Wealth isn’t just about money. It’s about time, relationships, and peace of mind. 🤜 🤛 Investing in others is just as important as investing in yourself.
