What’s in your sightline? 👀 Last Saturday I cleaned and reorganized my kids’ room 🧸🎨. I sorted their toys, putting some out on the shelves where they could see them instead of tucked away in drawers. Can you guess what happened next? They immediately started playing with those toys daily, rediscovering lego for example, that was all over mixed with other stuff before! 🎉 It made me think: this doesn’t just apply to kids—it’s the same for adults. We tend to use what’s in our immediate reach. 💻 Think about your workspace: What’s on your desk right now? Those are probably the tools and resources you use most often. Or consider your kitchen 🍳: How often do you cook with ingredients that are stored deep in the cupboard? This concept applies to how we work with information too. When things are easy to find, neatly organized, and immediately accessible, we’re more productive and effective. 💪✨ That’s exactly what Refined helps with. By turning Atlassian tools like #Confluence and #Jira into intuitive, customized sites, we help you put the most important information, resources, and tools right at your team’s fingertips. 📂🔍 This is what we did with our intranet - take a look! When the right tools and content are visible and accessible, they don’t just sit there unused—they drive action, collaboration, and results. 🚀🤝 So, look around and tell me what’s in your immediate reach? Is it useful? If not - throw it away and never look back. Have a great weekend everyone, you know what to do 🧹 🚮

2wGreat observation! It also works well when you need to learn something or do more - for example, just putting a book on your desk will increase the chances to read it. On the other hand, there is a drawback to it, which is called “availability bias”, when we tend to use the information that is most readily available 😃
