⚠️ Mind the (skill) gap! ⚠️ With changes in the world of work happening quicker and more often than ever, the set of skills required for any job can change seemingly overnight. This leads to a phenomenon known as a 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗮𝗽. A skill gap occurs when the existing skills of employees do not match the skills needed for their role anymore. Skill gaps include: 👩💻Lack of technical and analytical knowledge 🤹Soft skills that need improvement 🤷♀️A lot of talent with little leadership skills And they cause huge problems for companies affected by them!
