✨ Wrapping up another busy and fulfilling week! ✨ This week has been a fantastic mix of productivity and creativity. I’ve facilitated multiple WorkingSm@rt® sessions, helping teams streamline how they work with their Microsoft 365 tools. I’ve also had some brilliant conversations with clients, reinforcing just how powerful the right habits and digital strategies can be. On the creative side, I’ve enjoyed diving into some "podcast" recording and editing, using a whole host of applications, including Canva. Boost Your Zoom Call Success with This Simple Hack! In 2020 we were all forced into the world of virtual meetings Nearly every meeting included phrases like:
 * “(insert name) you are on mute!” 
 * Please turn on your camera
 * Did you know your camera is on? And this was because while we’re thrust into the new work environment no one really taught us how to use it the right way. The worst crime that’s still committed is wanting to stare at the PEOPLE on the screen and NOT THE CAMERA This leads to lack of eye contact which breaks the connection with people. Here is a SIMPLE HACK that ANYONE can use to increase eye contact with their virtual audience: 1. Get a Post-It Note
 2. Draw an Arrow on it
 3. Put it where your camera is This will help remind you to look at the camera, which is the virtual equivalent of keeping eye contact when you are in person. And as we’ve talked about before people crave time and attention and when you learn to focus on others you learn to get out of your own way.
