Now that I’ve been working in GBfoods for the past one and a half year, I must say that I'm amazed by how the core values shine through everything we do. However, there is one value that speaks the most to me and makes it easy for me to answer “what do I like the most about working here?” because we have a culture that values it: #Ownership ✅ I can make a difference within the organization (𝘐'𝘮 𝘦𝘮𝑝𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦) ⁣ ✅ ⁠I feel trusted (𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘴 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨)⁣ ✅ I have the support of Sergi and the rest of the team (𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘺 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴)⁣ ✅ I can chase down my passions and incorporate that into my role (𝘮𝘺 𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝑝𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧) And last but not least, for me ownership is 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 ✨
