On May 17th 2023, my sister lost her battle with cancer. Because of that, I have a passion to protect families from the financial difficulties a cancer diagnosis can bring. One of the companies I represent is Mutual of Omaha. We all know of someone who has been impacted by cancer, has had a heart attack, or suffered a stroke. That's why I represent this Mutual of Omaha, where our Critical Advantage portfolio offers you the opportunity to protect the ones you love when the unexpected happens. Yesterday was the 10th National Cancer Awareness Day, which aims to raise awareness about cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment. As a ten plus year cancer survivor, my husband always carries a "miracle stone," not only as a reminder, but to give to others who have cancer or other health challenges. Engraved with "Believe in Miracles," it embodies his energy that he passes on to others, and while placing it in the palm of their hand, he says "we don't quit." #Cancersurvivor #Longtermcare #Legacyplanning
