As the Private Credit Secondary Market continues to grow, it becomes more important to be discerning about what you are buying as not all secondaries will generate the same returns. We expect the biggest transactions to be the most competitive as the large asset managers seek to deploy assets, but not necessarily with the goal of generating the highest returns.
