Such a great interview with Hannah, one of our newer franchisees, discussing her life and journey to starting a franchise with Raison Home. If you are interested in starting your own business with the backing and support of a franchise (any franchise, not just Raison Home), I would give this a read. Taking the leap to become an entrepreneur/ business owner can be scary, having support and being able to talk to other people who have been there before, can make all the difference. #franchising #kitchens #kbb #raisonhomeUK
New Raison Home franchisee Hannah hits the ground running! Hannah's franchise covers Berkshire & Hampshire. Hannah has extensive experience in the kitchen industry and completed her training in February. She already has has her first client installations happening in June! Matthew Eddy and Jilly Gee hate the camera, but I love their story, so I managed to get this out of them in Melbourne recently. Back when I met Matt a decade ago, we offered just a fraction of what we do now. While my local Gold Coast PT business had been tried and proven for 15 years, franchising was brand new to us, as was doing business outside of QLD. Thankfully, Matt had the same belief in me that I had in him. We shared values around helping people through fitness, working hard, and, of course, a shared goal of achieving great things together with our respective businesses. Ten years on, a lot has changed, but what's most important has stayed the same. We're well and truly tried and proven as a national franchise system, but we've stayed true to what we've always been about and even doubled down on it with our NDIS registration. Matt has gone from a single bloke booked solid with our clients to his partner Jill helping to run the family business with their two young kids and a team of PTs around Narre Warren. Life happens, and there's been COVID, which didn't hurt as much as our respective injuries and hospital trips, but it's in tough times that you see what people are made of and who is there for you. Franchising, to me, is just a structure to create amazing business partnerships where we are all stronger as a team, and there's no better example than 10 years of Fitness Enhancement Narre Warren. #fitnessfranchise #fitnessbusiness #personaltrainingbusiness #mobilepersonaltraining #FitnessEnhancement
