Organizing a reliable way to deliver essential items and furniture to those impacted by the LA fires is a testament to what leadership and community truly mean. In a world often driven by metrics, deadlines and the next big project, it’s easy to forget that we’re all part of something bigger. But moments like this remind us why we do what we do. Sometimes, it’s not about profit margins or accolades—it’s about showing up for others when they need it most. Over 135 event professionals came together on this call, offering resources, ideas, and unwavering support. That kind of collaboration, driven by empathy and purpose, is what truly moves the needle—not just in business, but in life. To Ryan and everyone involved, thank you for being a shining example of how we can use our platforms, expertise, and networks to serve a greater cause. This initiative is a reminder to us all: success isn’t just measured in what we achieve but in what we give back.
