Today I want to encourage you take time to give sincere appreciation to someone close to you. It can be your family, a friend or a colleague. This will take so little effort on your part and can make someone day or even week. I’m sharing a quote of this book I just finished and now I’m coming back to make some notes. It doesn’t matter how many years one has been in a leadership position, there is always lots to learn and a lot to be reminded of. That is why I like this book so much. It’s a leadership journey compagnon as much as its authors Lucia Soetens, Stefan Lameire and Jille Tabak are.
