"Touch Point Tuesday!" What is the most important factor you consider in evaluating someone during hiring or promoting in your Physical Therapy practice? A. Experience B. Educational preparation C. Recommendations D. Specialist certification E. None of the above Correct answer: E!!!! If you want to know what you should be focusing on exclusively in your hiring and promoting, ask me! For a long time, I thought it was A, B, C, or D. How wrong I was!!! #physicaltherapy #privatepractice #hiring #executivecoaching

Raise your hand if you're a physical therapy practice owner who is struggling to hire, but believes they have "a really awesome culture". 🤚🏾 Here's the problem👇🏾 Your culture is probably only awesome from the "inside looking out". . . You need to build a clinic culture that is also awesome from the "outside looking in". You have to invest time and energy into building trust and engagement within your local PT community. . . . BEFORE you need to hire. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Hiring physical therapists is hard not because there "aren't any PTs" or because "they're too expensive". It's probably because you haven't built as good as a culture you thought. Harsh, but the truth. What are some examples of incredible brand-building in physical therapy?? #physicaltherapy #brand #marketing PS. I think Dr. Josh Funk from Rehab 2 Perform does an EXCELLENT job at brand 🤙🏾
