I think this idea that there are no ordinary people really echoes the concept of strengths. And not just because I have the strength of Individualization that means I am intrigued by the unique qualities of people and see the potential in human diversity.
We are not mere mortals. We have such potential to do powerful things--horrors and splendors.
This is something each of us has to ask ourselves how we intend you use our strengths. Will you use them to create splendor? Or to cause harm?
How can we create splendor? Start with self-awareness and then turn your attention to the people around you. Recognize how extraordinary they are! Engage your abilities to joke with, work with and relate to these immortals.
