  In partnership with Serena Industrial Partners, we are pleased to announce the acquisition of a portfolio of four operational PPP projects in the field of education from Demeter.   The transaction includes majority stakes in companies holding two PPP contracts in Seine-Saint-Denis, the Jarny high school PPP in Meurthe-et-Moselle, and the GreEn-ER University in Grenoble.   Key characteristics of the projects include:   Operational status with long residual PPP contract life; ➡️Strict contractual targets to achieve significant improvements in the energy performance of the facilities built; ➡️Revenue scheme based on availability payments from public grantors and adjusted for inflation; ➡️All PPP obligations and commitments transferred to Eiffage via back-to-back contracts; ➡️Eiffage will continue providing operation and facility management services until the contracts end.   Following our acquisition of a portfolio of social PPPs from Caisse des Depots et Consignation in 2020 and our participation in the Centre Pompidou Francilien – Fabrique de l’art - Musée national Picasso-Paris PPP project in 2023, we continue to strengthen RiverRock’s position as a key player in small and medium-sized PPPs, social real estate, and concessions within the French market.   For further details ➡️https://lnkd.in/dt3dF8YW #SustainableInvestment #Infrastructure #RiverRock #EnergyPerformance #CommunityDevelopment

The latest S&P Global UK Construction Purchasing Managers’ Index™ (PMI®) report reveals that the UK construction sector maintained its growth as the second quarter of 2024 concluded. Andrew Harker, Economics Director at S&P Global Market Intelligence: "Continued growth of the UK construction sector in June meant that the sector has recorded sustained expansion throughout the second quarter of the year. While there were signs of a slowdown in the latest survey period, most notably around housing activity, firms indicated that a slowdown in new order growth was in part related to election uncertainty. We may therefore see trends improve once the election period comes to an end."
