Benchmark Reliability Services, Inc found a unique condition utilizing a RDI Technologies Inc. motion amplification camera in identifying a resonant structural base under load. The rubber isolators were just replaced but did not have the correct stiffness to dampen the natural frequency wagging from the 2nd bending mode. Static alignment of the motor was rechecked as acceptable, so the next action is to conduct a full structural modification to remove the isolators and make it a solid structure. #motionamplification #conditionmonitoring
