🌱We're thrilled to announce our collaboration with REPOXYBLE project, driving forward sustainable composites for a greener future. 🌱 REPOXYBLE is an EU-funded project that develops cost and energy effective, high-performing, lightweight, multifunctional, and sustainable biobased epoxy composites. The new biobased composites and novel production techniques will provide advanced functionalities for application in structural components for the aeronautic and automotive sectors, showing enhanced thermal and electrical conductivity for thermal management and in-situ strain sensing. The recyclability of the composite will be demonstrated through a Depolymerizable Closed Loop Epoxy (DCLE) system, that will ensure a highly efficient valorization of the composite constituents into high value products. Ferimet, S.L. participates in a recently launched initiative: the RecAL project, led by AIT Austrian Institute of Technology. This #HorizonEurope project tackles the crucial issue of recycling aluminium within the European Union, fulfilling the objectives of the European Green Deal.♻️ Our pilot program at Ferimet, S.L. will integrate cutting-edge technologies to substantially increase the amount of aluminium recovered from a diverse array of end-of-life products.
