🏭 Hygiene meets maximum durability 🍏 After decades of intensive use, the floor of the Aurich Süssmosterei was showing clear signs of wear and tear. In order to continue offering products of the highest quality in the coming years and to remain efficient, a comprehensive floor refurbishment was necessary. ✨ For the bottle cleaning and mixing plant areas, the substrate was first prepared by grinding and shot blasting. A mechanically resilient primer and a quartz sand mixture now ensure increased stability. In the mixing area, a 9 mm PU concrete flow coating was additionally applied, which makes the floor resistant and durable - ideal for industrial use. 👉 This flooring combines resilience and hygiene, tailored to modern production processes in the food industry. Dear friends, colleagues and partners, I am excited to share this video with you! It was created by our wonderful colleagues at ACO Österreich to introduce the brand new Profiline 2.0 range of channels, gratings and accessories for the drainage of façades. The second generation of the popular Profiline range was developed by ACO GmbH in Germany to allow for a reduction in the connection height of doors to balconies and elevated terraces and, in particular, to protect barrier-free entrances from water ingress. The channels are designed to quickly drain water away from the façade, prevent snow from accumulating on the façade and prevent splash water from staining glass façades. New features of the Profiline 2.0 range include the lateral grate lock, the precise channel connection as well as branch channel connections every 50cm on both sides. It is available in galvanized- and stainless steel, offers a wide range of standardized dimensions and it comes both in fixed- and adjustable heights. A large part of the new range is already in production at ACO Industries Přibyslav and the sales organizations of ACO can order these parts directly from our plant in the Czech Republic.
