Treating people like people is how you win in talent attraction. Period. Full stop. It's that simple. BUT ... if you've been running things by default ... it's VERY easy to lose sight of that. It take's a lot of intentional time and effort to tear down and rebuild and then iteratively improve your process. But the secret ingredient ... is just treating people like ... you guessed it ... PEOPLE So I've gotta brag on Team GUSTA (aka the recruiting team at Next Level Solutions) because we have spent the last year and a half destroying, rebuilding, scrutinizing, and pummeling into submission the hiring process to make sure that the candidate experience is never done by default ... but always intentionally designed and executed to be ... human.
