Over the last 5 years, these roles were always the toughest to source for. Back story: When I started this in 2018, the site was called contractprjobs dot com (for those of you who remember). But the truth was, those roles were tough to find, so we re-branded to remoteprjobs dot com and included part-time and full-time, to open up supply. I'm helping students look for entry-level public relations and communication jobs. It's amazing how many positions posted seem to be disingenuously disguised sales, telemarketing, and cold-calling positions. Don't call it PR or marketing if they're going to be standing in the mall trying to get people to change mobile phone plans. It’s like predatory hiring. Warning sign – when the company doesn’t tell you exactly what they do and uses vague marketing hyperbole and buzzwords. If you want someone for sales, be honest. By the way, two years of experience is not entry-level.
