Renaissance of American Physics and Astronomy’s Post

In December 2020, the idea of RAP came to life and was posted on the founder's website, youssef15015.github.io. The initial goal was "to create resources created by and for students that enable the freedom of teaching and research in a comfortable environment free from the restrictions and impediments faced by the common Physics graduate student due to the lack of support of the American higher education system". In the Fall of 2021, the organization started a lecture series hosted on rapcorp.us. This series included lectures presented by Gavin Nop, an expert on Quantum Information. The club's ideas to create a positive learning environment for Physicists were heavily impeded and it was clear that Iowa State University did not welcome our organization's chapter. On 11/19/2022, RAP published an article on Quantum Computers, written by its founder, Youssef Eweis, for which the paper elaborates on the techniques used by PennyLane and Xanadu. Since that article was published, Jason Saroni started obtaining certifications released by Pennylane. Both Jason Saroni and I Chi Chen, the former treasurer of the now-deceased chapter of RAP at Iowa State University (https://lnkd.in/gf2i-2VG), have been honored with a remarkable, international, and historical achievement. The Iowa State University administration does not have any idea what these students achieved and would likely take all the credit for it if they were informed about it. This achievement is greater than any of those posted on the Iowa State University Physics Faculty's news page. This achievement portrays a historical benchmark in the fight of good versus evil, in the fight of honest hard-working scientists versus corrupt bureaucratic organizations, and for the dream of Physicists restoring the tides of power within humanity to a natural and peaceful balance. Despite the propaganda, the censorship, the extortion attempts, the brainwashing of many Iowa citizens, the corrupt invasions through political candidates and within corporations, and the historical evidence of raiding land from the University of Iowa (the Iowa City university formerly known as Iowa State University), the current Iowa State University has failed to silence those who seek prosperity and justice through science and has failed to illegally terminate RAP through undeniable corruption. This is only the beginning of a long battle of good versus evil, for which a strong American core seeks to purify the lands of North America.

I am thrilled to share some good news. Thanking my team members for hardwork, creativity, and patience, I Chi Chen, Nouhaila I., and Suman Kumar Roy, as our team placed 1st in the QHack open hackathon Bridging the gap category. With thousands of participants and over 90 countries represented, QHack is known as a one-of-a-kind world renowned quantum hackathon. It's a unique experience🌟. The challenge we chose was to design an algorithm to find the spectral gap, the gap between the ground and first excited states, that of course has a range of important applications. Check it out here https://lnkd.in/dwriYaVi Thank you to the QHack team at Xanadu for making this experience possible and thank you again for formulating always enjoyable challenges. We learned a lot on what we find most interesting. We also placed 7th with over 700 teams in the coding challenges, great work again to my talented team. Lastly congratulations to all teams that put in significant effort🎉. #QHack2024
