Just released our AI helper for EducateMe Inc. customers to simplify and upgrade content creation. One of our key points is saving time for our customers. That's why we delivered crucial automation features to reduce the "monkey job rate" (if you know what I mean) of our customers. Let's imagine that you're a course instructor and preparing content to watch. We've just boosted our content editor with AI functionality to generate/update content. ⚠️ Disclaimer: This is an AI-generated video! you might spot some quirky bits – there are lots of room for improvement! ⚠️ 🚀 AI Video Generation: My Journey So Far! 🚀 Over the past few weeks, I've been experimenting with AI-generated video content, aiming to replicate my manual video style. Here's my first iteration – still a work in progress, but I'm excited to share the results! 🎥 Why I Didn't Use Paid Tools: 🤔 Most tools overpromise and underdeliver – the output often looks unsettling or unnatural. 🗣️ Accents aren't quite right, and pauses feel robotic even with configuration tweaks. 🎛️ Limited control over customization, which didn’t work for me. My Solution: Fine-Tuning My Own Model! 🔥 The early versions were hilariously creepy 😂 but improved as I iterated. 🎬 I experimented with different video lengths and contexts, focusing on minimal movement to improve training. 🗣️ To tackle the accent, I trained a separate text-to-speech model with my voice, creating a hybrid audio + video approach. What Still Needs Work: 🤷♂️ Movement gestures still feel off. Need to refine the training data. 🔄 The model sometimes loops a few frames, giving that "audio-video mismatch" vibe. ✂️ Manual editing is still required (~15% of the video), mainly to fix unwanted pauses and odd movements. I’m not there yet, but I’m thrilled with the progress! 💪 With a few more iterations, I believe I’ll achieve 90% automation, saving me tons of time. Still there would be manual effort for add-ons like like banners, backgrounds, and infographics.
