This dashboard provides a clear view of: Sales by Day: This graph tracks trends in total order value over a month, allowing me to identify daily sales fluctuations and high-volume days. Sales by Product Line: This section breaks down total order value by product category, revealing which categories drive sales and which might need more attention. Sales by Payment Method: This section provides insights into customer payment preferences, informing decisions about payment processing fees and the payment methods offered. By monitoring these metrics closely, I can make data-driven decisions to optimize an ecommerce store and boost sales. Store sales are designed to evaluate each store's performance and the whole chain. 2. Sales of goods provide an opportunity to conduct ABC and XYZ analysis. 3. Promotions analysis reflects the leading indicators of the chain's promotional activity. 4. Balance control contains a list of products that continue to be sold with zero balances. 5. Lost sales allows you to identify problematic products with no or low sales. 6. OoS Forecast contains data on products that are about to run out of stock and need to be ordered soon. 7. Products for withdrawal recommends withdrawing products from the assortment that are not sold (or are sold in minimal quantities) to unfreeze funds 8. One of the best business dashboards that I saw this week was this current Tableau Trending viz showcasing Retail Transactions by Liusaidh Owen, highlighting: Total sales, items and transactions. You can see a dynamic view by city, time, day, and more... Retail teams would absolutely love to have access to such an effective viz. It would certainly make the jobs of many organizations easier to have all their data displayed in such a nice, easy-to-understand format. Great work, Liusaidh!
