Shareholders delved into our cutting-edge operations, exploring the factory and getting up close with our digital mScales weighing service and its advanced AI-based image recognition technology. Thanks to Markus Järvinen for demonstrating how AI is integrated into digital solutions at the company's offerings🔥 As a global frontrunner in the weighing industry, Tamtron understands the paramount importance of delivering accurate and real-time weighing information. And our customers know it, because despite of a tough economic climate in Europe, Tamtron celebrated its most successful year, achieving a record-breaking revenue of €54.9 million and an EBITDA of €5.9 million. Au2mate appoints new CEO Henrik Andersen as Carsten G. Jensen transitions to COO. Au2mate, is pleased to announce the appointment of Henrik Andersen as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Former CEO Carsten G. Jensen will transition to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately. This leadership change follows the increased ownership stake in Au2mate by N. FOSS & Co., which has expanded its share from 51% to 78%. Henrik Andersen, who comes from Danish Crown and has a background at Force Technology, Frontmatec, Ericsson and Topsil, among others, brings extensive experience in the automation and technology sectors, positioning him to drive Au2mate’s strategic growth and innovation forward. Carsten G. Jensen, with his deep knowledge of the company and industry, will continue to contribute significantly to the company’s operations and development in his new role as COO.
