🌱💚OUR MOTHER NATURE🌱 💚 Can protect us from our life challenges!👌😊 In my whole life, especially recent years, I tried to get closer to the the NATURE, and just like my MOM's hug, it has HEALING POWER for me!👌🤍💫 Spending time in green space or bringing nature into your everyday life can benefit both your mental and physical wellbeing. As mental health professionals and leaders, it’s important to recognize that self-care isn’t just about action—it’s about capacity. Encouraging someone to “practice self-care” is less impactful if they don’t first have the space to prioritize it. Creating that space requires setting boundaries, understanding personal limits, and being intentional with time and energy. Without this foundation, self-care can feel like just another obligation. Choosing to Care About Yourself Is Absolutely Necessary Caring about yourself isn’t selfish, it’s essential. Far too often, we equate self care with indulgence or putting ourselves above others. But in reality, choosing to care about yourself is the foundation for living a stable, steadfast, meaningful, and impactful life. Caring for yourself means, respecting your needs and acknowledging when you need rest, reflection, or support is a sign of strength, not weakness . Setting boundaries by protecting your time, energy, and mental wellbeing allows you to show up fully for what matters most. Prioritizing your health, is also acknowledging our emotional , physical, and spiritual wellness are all interconnected. Taking care of yourself in these areas allows you to thrive. This isn’t about being selfish, it’s about being sustainable. When you pour everything into others without tending to yourself, you risk burnout, resentment, and feeling disconnected. Caring for yourself ensures you can contribute to your family, community, and work in a way that’s authentic and lasting. Remember, choosing yourself isn’t an act of ego, it’s an act of love.
