By now, you can't get the song out of your head... On the Fourth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me: Four Calling Birds! Sing it with me! On the Fourth day of Getting Unstuck, my coach gave to me: Four "Call On" Champions! Four calling birds remind us of the voices in our lives that lift us higher (Including your OWN!). Who are the four people who inspire you, challenge you, and help you get back on track when you’re stuck? These are your ‘unstuck tribe’, Your champion when no one is looking, the ones who remind you of your strength and push you to keep soaring. 🚀 The ones who applaud you, guide you, and give you the hard news when you need it. Take a moment today to reflect: Who encourages you to dream bigger? Who gives you honest feedback when you need it most? Who stands by you no matter what? Who inspires you by simply living their truth? Imagine the difference it would make if you shared how much they mean to you. Tag them here or reach out privately—sometimes, a simple acknowledgment can inspire even greater connections. Remember, getting unstuck isn’t something you do alone. Your community matters, and the people who lift you are part of your journey forward. So, who’s in your flock? 🐦

What an amazing day ☺️ 3 AM alarm clock. 6 AM flight from NOLA to Newark. 11 AM (EST) team meeting to iterate on noirpress.org & portalx.space 2PM Juneteenth panel on Black (economic) Liberation. 5PM Black Yalie dinner. 6PM Dispensary visit. 8PM Train to NHV. Today was one of those days where you feel uber favored by Divinity and in perfect alignment with your purpose. So many close calls and moments when I thought the day could fall apart. But it just kept getting better. Shoutout to my team. Shoutout to my new friends from Ebony & Louise’s important event. I’m grateful to our hosts and all my co-panelists for all the things you taught us and all the ways you challenged me to sharpen my voice. I’m grateful for all of you who came to engage in some deep and radical conversation post-event. I’m grateful to Maxim Thorne for your constructive feedback. I want those I engaged with today to know: I don’t seek to minimize the level of terror that the white structure has exacted on our communities every time we have built power. I have agitated about that for as long as I can remember. But now, the only thing that excites me is immersing myself in the truth of our infinite collective power. The truth of our incredible capacity to overthrow systems of oppression with love, strategy and unrelenting precision. I do not believe that they are more powerful than us. I can never believe that. They’ve only been able to back us into these corners because of our lack of unity and awareness of our power. They know our power more than we do. And they fear it. Which is why they work so hard—with generations-long strategies—to suppress us. But we have overcome. The very fact that we continue to lead culture just by existing should show us that WE are THEIR North Star. Please, let us continue to have these conversations. Let us continue us continue to build bigger, dream wilder. We owe it to our Ancestors and to our descendants. PS: please send me pics! #15cents #Juneteenth #LiberationfromWithin

I watched my daughter chatting away with another parent from her soccer team. They were deep into a serious soccer talk—something way over my head. Honestly, I don’t even know what “offsides” really means! Not because I’m not smart, but because—let’s be real—I’m just not that interested… When it was time to go, my daughter hopped in the other parent's car, clearly not ready to end their fascinating soccer chat. And you know what? I wasn’t jealous, not one bit. I felt grateful. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and I believe it. I know what I bring to her life—my own passions and strengths—but I can’t be the expert on everything, and that’s okay. It’s the same with the teams we work with. We don’t want everyone to be exactly the same. We don’t need to know it all or have all the answers. We need people who bring something different to the table. We need strengths that aren’t our own. And those differences? They’re not threats—they’re GIFTS. If you want to go fast, go alone. But if you want to go far, go together. Confidence in what we bring lets us value what others add. That’s where the real magic happens—when we appreciate what’s not ours and build something greater together. Let’s drop the ego, value each other’s strengths, and create something truly incredible. Together, we’re unstoppable. 👊🏼
