In hospitality, perception is everything. A 10% discount? Nice, but it often falls flat. (That's why 3rd party discount platforms do more damage than good...) Instead of cutting prices, build value in the experience. → Add complimentary services. → Offer exclusive access. → Personalise every interaction. Perceived value will beat a discount any day of the week, but giving a discount is often 'easier'. What's the saying? "Easier isn't always better." Or did I just make that up? Anyway, my point is, focus on the experience, not the price. Your guests will appreciate it.
