If you're thinking of starting a business in healthcare, this Barcelona Health Hub panel at 4YFN would have been very insightful for you! We spoke about:   🏁 Initial challenges: Challenges and mistakes we usually make in the early stages include not putting the client first and focusing too much on the technology or only on one market.   📈 Fundraising efforts: We all agreed how complex and time-consuming fundraising is, but, at the same time, how important it is to spend it carefully.    🛑 Regulation difficulties: Patient data is regulated by the EU, so navigating this when you work on health tech can become quite a challenge. There are mixed feelings about regulation and how we should all be more open to new technologies like AI.   And my own personal advice 👉 choose your time well, create a loyal and committed team, focus on the clients and their needs, and always keep your mission and opinions aligned.
