Adopting AI requires a fundamental rethinking of processes. Yet, much of the conversation today remains centered on individual productivity through tools like ChatGPT. Today 75% of the world’s GDP has yet to experience the full impact of digital transformation. Generative AI, multimodal models, and data infrastructures serve as catalysts for a profound shift, enabling industries to transform into lean, tech-driven ecosystems. This fusion of the physical and digital domains demands a fundamental reshaping of how businesses operate. Last week, Timo and I had the opportunity to discuss these ideas during a workshop for The Conference Board. Drawing on four use cases Reshaped is currently building, we explored practical steps companies can take to unlock the potential of AI and overcome common barriers to adoption.
